What does Kristi consider important in her work as a dance teacher?

In dance classes, I consider it important to build trust and a shared sense of purpose between the teacher and the students. Through basic steps and creative tasks, I give young people a strong foundation of knowledge, which helps them grow in confidence and develop a sense of belonging to the group. I expect my students to be open-minded, willing to create together, and willing to challenge themselves. At the same time, the entire learning process must remain a joy and a pleasure to move.
