Mirt Marleen Pevkur
Mirt is a long-time student at Studio dotE Dance School and a dotE scholarship recipient. In the 2025/26 academic year, she will begin working as a young teacher, guided by mentors. Her dance journey began with rhythmic gymnastics, but Mirt has been a part of the dotE community for nine years now. Mirt has trained and experimented with many different styles - street, Broadway, and show - but she is most passionate about lyrical and contemporary dance, which offer the opportunity to tell stories and creatively combine technical elements.

As a teacher, Mirt considers trust between dancers and teachers to be very important. Her goal is to create a warm and supportive atmosphere in class where everyone feels free to experiment, discover, and grow. She wants her classes to be inspiring and full of laughter, but also to offer challenges that develop and diversify the training. Mirt values the presence of dancers, their willingness to try something new, and their joint effort to achieve goals set for the group. It is important to her that her classes foster cooperation that brings joy and value to both the dancers and the teacher herself.
