“For me, trust, safety, and courage are important in dance classes - we trust ourselves and each other, we take care of the space and our bodies, and we test the limits with our skills, minds, dance language, and hearts. I hope that in my classes, students feel listened to, included, and challenged. Every day, we are a little different from who we were yesterday, and ideally, my students will gradually understand this about themselves… it is normal to fail, to doubt yourself, and to try something new. The main thing is to maintain confidence in yourself and in dance.”
