Kristi is the Social Media and Marketing manager of Studio dotE Dance School.
What does Kristi consider important in dance classes?
For Kristi, the dancer's personal language of movement is vital: she practices a lot of experimental movement and freestyle with the dancers. In the group classes, however, she mostly teaches street dance styles.
’I strive for my students to gain something new out of every class. As dance is constantly changing over time, I am also constantly evolving as a dancer. My aim is to provide not only foundational knowledge but also contemporary methodologies, while remaining attuned to the needs of each student. An atmosphere of trust and openness is crucial to me in my classes. I want students of all ages, genders and abilities to feel both challenged and supported.’
